Do I need previous scuba diving experience?
No previous experience is required. Discover Scuba Diving is designed for beginners who want to try scuba diving for the first time under the supervision of a PADI professional.
What is the minimum age for scuba diving?
The minimum age to participate is 10 years old, according to PADI standards.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic swimming ability and comfort in the water are recommended, but you don’t need to be an experienced swimmer.
How deep will we dive?
During the Discover Scuba Diving experience, the maximum depth is 12 meters, always under the direct supervision of a PADI instructor.
How long does the experience last?
The full experience usually takes about 2–3 hours, including briefing, equipment preparation and the dive.
Is scuba diving safe for beginners?
Yes. Your instructor will guide you step-by-step, explain the equipment and stay with you throughout the entire dive.
What equipment is included?
We provide all necessary scuba diving equipment including wetsuit, mask, fins, tank and regulator.
Where do the dives take place?
Dives take place in the crystal clear waters around Ouranoupoli and Ammouliani Island in Halkidiki.
